At Yan's Club Athletics, we want you to love your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns (Change of Mind)
We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

- Your order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue.
If the product has a major fault or we have made an error, we will:
- Cover return shipping costs
- Provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
International Orders
We currently ship to:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- United States
- United Arab Emirates
- Armenia
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Any customs duties, VAT, or import charges paid at delivery are non-refundable through us.
Please ensure returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Delivered but Missing Parcels
If tracking information provided by the shipping carrier (such as Australia Post) confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.
If you have authorised the parcel to be left unattended (including “safe place” delivery), Yan's Club Athletics is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after delivery.
If you believe your parcel is missing despite being marked as delivered, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery address, including any safe place locations
- Checking with neighbours or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
We will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping location.
- Any discounts applied at checkout will be reflected in the refunded amount.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- With tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind on:

- Gift cards
