At Yan's Club Athletics, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Domestic (Australia)
We ship to all physical addresses within Australia.
Please note:
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required.
Local Delivery (Turramurra Area)
We offer local delivery within a 5 km radius of 1454 Pacific Highway, Turramurra NSW.
- Minimum order: $50
- Delivery area: Turramurra and surrounding suburbs within 5 km
- Delivery time: Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 days.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to:
New Zealand | United Kingdom | United States | United Arab Emirates | Armenia
International orders are shipped via Australia Post or an equivalent international carrier.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak periods (such as holiday seasons, promotional events or major sales), processing times may be extended.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing and external factors beyond our control.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer.
New Zealand
NZ Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
NZ Express Shipping: 2–6 business days
International (United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Armenia)
Standard International: 6–20 business days
Express International: 3–6 business days
International delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Carrier Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier. While we will assist in resolving any delivery issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Australia
Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $11.15 AUD
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD
Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $19.95 AUD
Taxes (including GST where applicable) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping location.
New Zealand
NZ Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $18.00 AUD
NZ Express Shipping (2–6 business days): $30.00 AUD
Shipping fees are calculated in AUD at checkout.
International (United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Armenia)
Standard International (6–20 business days): $30.00 AUD
Express International (3–6 business days): $50.00 AUD
International shipping costs are charged in AUD and calculated at checkout.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
For international orders:
- Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and contact the shipping carrier where appropriate.
If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam or junk folder.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Safe Place
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided in your order.
If you authorise your parcel to be left unattended (including requesting a “safe place” delivery), you accept responsibility for any loss or theft that may occur after delivery.
Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier (including tracking updates or delivery scans) will be considered proof of delivery.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requesting signature on delivery where available.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and include your order number in your message so we can investigate.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
